The fledgling framework, which covers works for NHS trusts, local authorities, social housing providers and blue light services is split into seven specialist lots, including decorations, lift servicing, fire consultancy, and renewable energy maintenance.
Liverpool-based compliance specialist Ashley and McDonough came out as a key player, winning spots on three lots—Fire System Monitoring, Renewable Energy Servicing, and Gas Servicing—alongside Sureserve Compliance North and Axis Europe.
Six firms secured a place on the £125m Cyclical Decorations lot, including Axis Europe, Ian Williams, and Mitie Property Services. The Lift Maintenance lot, worth £75m, also went to six firms, with Classic Lifts and Sheridan Lifts among the winners.
The framework is now live and will run until 2029.
